All wedding reception menus include
5 Hours of Hall Rental, white tablecloths, colored napkins, and bar service except alcohol, which includes
bartender(s), glassware, soft drinks, juices, condiments,
stirrers, and cocktail napkins.
The Kirtander Servers will attend to your every need! We can provide centerpieces for you tables, or you can customize to your personal preference.
Prices do NOT include
your wedding cake and cake ornament. We highly recommend our exclusive baker, CAKES TO YOU (440-946-0087). for your wedding cake needs. Cutting and serving and/or wrapping of the cake is always included.
Security is provided by the Kirtland Police Department if needed, and their rates are quoted upon request.
Alcoholic Beverages (Beer, Wine, Champagne, Liquor) may be brought in by the customer, and there are no corkage fees.
A 15% Service Charge and the Current Sales Tax are also standard extras.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
$500.00 reserves the selected room and date, and is credited toward your final balance. Your
room will NOT be held for more than 2 weeks without a deposit.
The balance of your reception is to be paid no later than the day before.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, and cash.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE:
$100.00 is the cancellation fee.
$400.00 of the deposit will be refunded IF the room is re-booked for at least the number of guests you signed a contract for, and your
cancellation must be in writing.
OVERTIME is available at a cost of
$100.00 for each 1/2 hour over the 5 hour rental time. You may pre-order, or add it on the night of the event.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests may not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your stated start time, otherwise overtime will be charged.
No decorations may be attached to wall surfaces without permission from management.
Confetti and glitter of all types is NOT permitted. A $25.00 cleanup charge will be assessed should it be used without our permission.
Entertainment must end 15 minutes prior to your closing time, and auditioning is not permitted without your consent.
